Beautiful Oregon and Washington

 Two More States
 Two More National Parks
and two more bonus National Parks: The Redwoods plus the Lewis and Clark National and State Park

Redwoods National and State Park

Contemplation! Vacation and retirement.

I am still unable to walk on the trails from a partial torn lateral meniscus however we were able to see a lot of the park.  Next time we will walk on some of the trails.
Don't they look inviting?
The park appears to be kept up nice.  The day was foggy.  In spite of that there were a lot of visitors at the visiting center.

Brookings Oregon
We drove along the coast.  The views, even though foggy, were magnificent.

Next stop was Brookings Oregon.  This beach is viewed from our hotel room.  The sounds of the ocean all night were magical and so inviting.  It was a cool 75 degrees while at home there was a heat wave in progress.
